This Custom Email Marketing Template was created to highlight upcoming new construction projects in San Francisco. Each link directed the reader to a unique page on my client’s website and was later integrated into a social media campaign. I created the template using Mailchimp and tested it thoroughly to ensure that it displayed well on all devices and was within the visual brand requirements of Compass Real Estate Group.
As tech giants like Apple, Facebook, Google, and Salesforce make their permanent residence in the city, San Francisco will add several new luxury condo developments to its line up this year, coinciding with the completion of the Transbay Terminal. These will include:

MIRA | 160 Folsom St.
Perhaps the most anticipated of the new developments is MIRA at 160 Folsom, the followup to the wildly successful Lumina and Infinity projects by Tishman Speyer. This modern 400-foot tower will offer 391 condos in early 2019, with applications beginning in Fall 2018.
The Avery | 400-448 Folsom St.
400-488 Folsom, one of the last skyscraper parcels in San Francisco, will be developed into residential space in the Transbay District, San Francisco’s newest neighborhood. 118 of the 548 residential units will be luxury condos.
75 Howard St.
75 Howard is an exclusive LEED® Gold condominium tower located on one of the last remaining sites on the downtown San Francisco waterfront. The 220-foot-tall tower will contain 120 residential units on 20 floors above a 5,000-square-foot premier restaurant space.
555 Howard St.
555 Howard is a 36-story mixed-use residential and hotel development featuring 69 residential units, a 255-room luxury hotel with resort style amenities.
